Privacy and terms of use

This plain-language summary explains how IDARIVO operates during its controlled launch. Material updates will be published here before taking effect.

Company data

Each company’s records and files are stored in a separate workspace tied to verified membership. One customer’s data is not shown to another, and data is used only to provide, operate and protect the service.

Files and AI

Uploaded files use private storage. Local CSV calculations are preliminary and never post entries to the ledger automatically. Files are not sent to an AI provider until the feature is activated and the company gives clear consent.

Accounts and security

Company workspaces require an email and password. Passwords are stored as non-readable hashes; users must save their recovery code and protect their account. Sensitive operations are logged for security and review.

Trials and subscriptions

The free trial requires no card. During controlled launch, an upgrade request never charges automatically; the request and invoice are reviewed before activation.

Accuracy and responsibility

IDARIVO is an administrative aid, not a replacement for accounting or legal professionals. Imported results and reports must be reviewed before official or financial reliance.

Your rights

A company owner can request an export, correction or deletion of company data through account support. Minimum records may be retained when required for security or legal obligations.

Acceptable use

Users may not upload unlawful material, attempt to access another company’s data, disrupt the service, or evade plan limits.
